Only authorized ERIP users are able to access the features of the mobile app.
You will not be able to create an account from within the app.

TO GAIN ACCESS USING THE APP

You are required to enter your:

Username (typically your work email)

Password (case specific)

Prefix of your ERIP site (yourorganization.erip.com)

WHAT IS MY ERIP SITE?

To find out which ERIP domain (the prefix before erip.com) you should be using, you can either check the email registration that was sent when your account was created, or you may contact the organization associated with your ERIP site.  Whatever comes before “.erip.com” is your ERIP site.

To check your registration:

  • Log into your email that was registered to use ERIP.
  • Locate the registration email you received verifying that you are a registered user on erip.com.
  • It will contain the ERIP domain that you should be using (EXAMPLE:   anyplace.erip.com)

If you are unable to find the email, please contact the organization for which your ERIP account is associated.

FORGOT USERNAME
Your username is the ID that you use to login to the ERIP app.  It is usually the email that was used when your account was created.  If your forgot your username, check your email associated with your ERIP account, or contact your organization.
FORGOT PASSWORD
If you forgot your password, go to your ERIP site in a web-browser and follow the “Forgot Password?” instructions.  You will need to know the ERIP site and the email address associated with your ERIP account.
NOTE FOR IPAD USERS:

If the ERIP app is not revealed in your App Store search, try searching for “iPhone Only.”
