ERIP Support | Trouble Logging In?
ERIP Support: How do I Login to ERIP?
Simply visit www.ERIP.com and login with your email and password.
To check your registration:
- Check your email inbox that was used to create your user account. (Typically an Admin of your association would have created your user account by adding you as a user in their ERIP system).
- Locate the registration email you received verifying that you are a registered user on erip.com.
If you are unable to find the email, please contact the organization for which your ERIP account is associated.
FORGOT USERNAME / EMAIL
To sign in, use the email that was used when your account was created (this is typically your work email.) Check your email associated with your ERIP account, or contact your organization if you cannot remember which email you registered with. If you are not yet registered on the ERIP system, ask an Admin of your association to create a user account for you.
If you forgot your password, go to www.ERIP.com and click “Forgot Password” under the “Sign In” button and follow the instructions. You will need to know the email address associated with your ERIP account. (See above FAQ if you can’t remember which email address you used).
How to Review and Approve Floor Plans
Login to www.ERIP.com and navigate to the mapping section.
Select “Browse All Building(s) and Place(s)” and click “Get Started”.
Once you’ve selected the building view you’d like to review click the status button in the upper left corner.
Note: to view the status for all buildings select the tree view next to the status button.
How to Create a Task To Do
Login to www.ERIP.com and navigate to the tasks section under the “Extras Tab”.
Select “Create New Task” and click “Get Started”.
Once you’ve selected “Get Started” simply follow the steps on the screen.
Note: to view the status for prior created tasks choose View all tasks instead if create new task from the initial dropdown.
